MSG and Violence

In his most excellent book “Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills” neurosurgeon Dr. Russell Blaylock (see above video) explains how scientific tests showed that MSG can cause “uncontrollable urges of violence”.

Could it be that after three generations of eating increasing levels of MSG and other even stronger, newer chemical flavor enhancers that lace most processed, packaged and restaurant foods that there could be a link between the Standard American Diet (junk food diet) and violence?

If you are curious about this matter, I would recommend the above-mentioned book as well as “The Crazy Makers: How the Food Industry Is Destroying Our Brains and Harming Our Children” by Carol Simontacchi.

Here is also a free eBook/PDF you can (and should) download now, called “Names of ingredients that contain processed free glutamic acid (MSG)”.
