Spend a few moments a day thinking loving thoughts about yourself. Especially if you are giving yourself a hard time, feeling bad about your eating habits for instance, this can really help turn things around. Think about your accomplishments small and large, the good habits you have cultivated, the temptations you have resisted, things you love about yourself and your life, struggles you have overcome or that you have to live with and give yourself pats on the back for how well you cope with them. Think about all the ways in which you positively impact people and all the ways you help the people in your life. Ask yourself some positive leading questions like: What can I give myself credit for? What are my positive traits? Send some love energy to your soul. You may be surprised at what a difference it will make!
