Daily Raw Inspiration – Ongoing Raw Support

We all know that to lose weight all you need to do is eat less and exercise more. Think about how easy that actually is. There are so many different ways to do this. You could eat almost nothing, and exercise almost all the time, and although that wouldn’t be very healthy, you would lose a lot of weight. Or you could just eat a little less and exercise a little more, and you would also lose weight, in a slower, steadier, and healthier way, but you might lose momentum in this lengthy process. The thing is to find a balance that works for you, is exciting enough that you’ll keep it up, and is still safe and healthy.
