    I agree…The consciousness that opens up with raw foods and yoga are so similar and fit together in perfect harmony! Yoga is a great way to ground that ethereal energy that raw foods can bring about at first too!

    Sounds great! I’ll try that. As for me, one of my most important health secrets is practicing yoga daily and attending an intense class once a week. I can’t imagine a raw food diet without it. they just go together so well!
