Raw Celery Chowder – 28 Day Raw Transition Program, Sunday Day 28 Dinner
- Meat and water of 1 young coconut
- 1/2 bunch of celery
- 1/2 cup brazil nuts, blended to a powder
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/4 red onion
- dash of salt
…blend all together
…add water til creamy consistency as you are blending
…add dash of salt and 1/4 onion finely chopped
