10 minutes morning workout (on awakening)
10 minutes mid-day workout (any time)
10 minutes evening workout (before bed)

any kind of movement that is possible for you to do!
If you are already doing more than 30 minutes a day regularly, then make it a 20x20x20 Program or a 40x40x40 program. If not, work up to this over time. But make a commitment to make your exercise program a priority. Set it up so you MUST exercise BEFORE you do your work, housework, school-work, relaxing, or whatever else you do in your day! Because it REALLY is more important! Require yourself to do the exercise first, as a pre-requisite to going on to any other planned activity or inactivity.
This investment is even more important than a financial investment. If you spend all your time right away before investing it in exercise you won’t have any time left!
If you don’t have your health, you won’t be able to do your work, house-work, school-work, or relaxing activities anymore! So, this year health comes FIRST!
